I’m Eric Limon, a photographer based in Housatonic in Southern Berkshire County. I’ve spent more than 25 years behind the camera, including over 20 years as a professional wedding photographer. Photographing weddings taught me how to work efficiently, adapt to changing light and conditions, and tell a complete story through the details as well as the larger scene.
In 2019, I began bringing that experience into real estate photography, which has grown into a major part of my work. I approach each property with careful attention to light, composition, and the details that give it character. The finished images are bright, balanced, and inviting while staying true to the character of the property and giving viewers an accurate, natural sense of the space.
Knowing the Berkshires also makes a difference. Mountain views, lakes, wooded settings, long driveways, historic homes, rural properties, and changing seasons all affect how a property should be photographed. I work throughout Berkshire County and nearby Columbia County, bringing a practical approach to every session.

The Berkshires are home. After more than 20 years photographing throughout the area, I know the towns, back roads, landscapes, and changing seasons well. Along the way, I’ve also built relationships with many local real estate agents, business owners, venues, and families. That familiarity gives me a practical understanding of the local market and what clients are looking for when presenting a property. It also helps me recognize what makes each place stand out, whether it’s a mountain view, a historic detail, a wooded setting, or the way the natural light moves through the home.
